Discounts that grow as you reorder
Reseller pricing is set by the size of the order and by how many orders you have already placed in that same size band. Each band climbs on its own — buying in the 10+ band never uses up your position in the 100+ or 1,000+ bands.

Each step is five percentage points off MSRP — it does not compound. Once a band reaches its cap it stays there. The public volume schedule, open to everyone with no account, is 15% at 10+, 25% at 100+, 40% at 1,000+ per item — reseller pricing beats it at every band and every step. Reseller pricing is not combined with coupons, promotional codes or other offers. Customization charges, shipping and taxes are not discounted. All pricing is governed by the Authorized Reseller Agreement.
Buy for resale without sales tax
Before we can sell to you free of sales or use tax, we need a valid, current, properly completed resale or exemption certificate for each state in which you claim exemption — in Texas, the Comptroller's Form 01-339 or its successor.
A copy of a sales tax permit is not a certificate, and neither is a permit number, a W-9 or a business licence. Until a conforming certificate is on file, tax is charged on your orders. A certificate provided later applies to future orders only.
You remain responsible for collecting and remitting tax on your own resales. This is our purchasing policy, not tax advice — see § 10.7 of the Authorized Reseller Agreement.
Our products can be customized for your business and customers
All customizations are available for an additional charge beyond the normal item price. The price of each custom feature varies. Some features are not available for all products, and customizations cannot impact the functionality of the products.
White Label
You may choose to have our text, logos, and branding removed. This results in a cleanly constructed and highly functional product without any frills.
Custom Logo
Your company logo or any other image you provide will be embedded into the product. This will typically be inset into the surface, but can be raised if you choose.
Custom Text
Your website, business name, slogan, or any other text you choose. Text is limited to available space on the item. Smaller items will not allow as much text as larger items.
Textured Surface
This provides a better grip and elegant appearance. This feature can only be applied to certain areas of each product. Texture can be light and blend into the item cleanly, or be larger to provide a better gripping surface.
Larger or Smaller Sizes
We can alter the size of any item in our product line, within reasonable limits. Larger items take more materials and time to create, and will cost more.

We guarantee our carbon fiber tools will be free of manufacturing defects which affect the function of the item, or they will be replaced. If any carbon fiber tool is found to have a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase by an authorized reseller, and 90 days from the date of purchase by the final consumer, it will be replaced free of charge. This guarantee does not cover damage, wear and tear, normal use, or anything else affecting the item except an original manufacturing defect.
