What our gear is made of

Every piece of Bearly gear is built from a specific, named engineering polymer chosen for the job it has to do — not generic “plastic.” These are the material classes we build with, described the way an engineer would describe them, with the property figures that set each one apart. Everything here is made in Texas, USA.

Each card names a material class and its two standout properties. Open a card for the full breakdown — how it stacks up against the others across strength, stiffness, toughness and heat, plus what those numbers mean for real gear.

Figures are representative engineering values, not a warranty. See our full lineup or read where each item ships on the availability page.
