What are your products made of?
We make every product in engineered polymers chosen per product. The Black Talon is carbon-fiber-reinforced PET (CF-PET) — a composite noted for an exceptional rigidity-to-weight ratio, high temperature resistance, and impact resistance. Our WaterPORT mounts use UV- and weather-resistant ASA for outdoor durability.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
Everything is made in the USA and shipped by mail. Because many items are made to order, allow a short production window before dispatch; standard domestic mail then typically arrives within a few business days. You'll get tracking when your order ships.
Do you take custom, bulk, or reseller orders?
Yes — bulk and reseller orders are welcome, and we can produce custom colors and engravings on many products. For wholesale pricing or a custom run, use the contact form and choose the Wholesale topic.
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because many products are made to order, custom and made-to-order items may not be returnable unless there's a defect.
Are these products legal where I live?
Our defensive tools are designed for lawful purposes only. The Black Talon fits one finger only, has a non-sharpened blunt protrusion, and is a non-metallic composite. That said, laws vary by jurisdiction — please check your local laws before purchase. Not a toy. Not a weapon.
How do I program the NFC bear keychain?
Each Floating NFC Bear Keychain has an embedded programmable NFC tag. Enable NFC on your smartphone, open any NFC-writer app, write a record (contact info, URL, etc.), then hold the bear against the back of your phone until it confirms. Anyone can then tap the bear to read what you stored.
