Made to Order

Every Bearly Defense product is made after your order is placed. We do not maintain pre-built inventory. This lets us offer a range of colors and variants without waste, but it means your order goes through a short production step before it ships.

Dispatch Timeline

Typical dispatch time is 2–4 business days from the time your order is confirmed. This covers production, quality check, and packaging. During high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. Dispatch time is not a guaranteed delivery date — it is the time from order to handoff to the mail carrier.

You will receive a tracking notification when your order ships.

Shipping Method and Carrier

All orders are shipped by mail within the United States. We currently ship domestic U.S. only. The carrier is selected at the time of shipment based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Costs

Domestic U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 per order, regardless of the number of items. Orders over $50 ship free.

State Restrictions

Certain products may not be shipped to all U.S. states. If your order includes a restricted product and your shipping address is in an ineligible state, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued. See our Legal & Compliance page for details.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, standard domestic mail typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days via the form at bearlydefense.com/contact with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

Returns

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. See our Terms of Service § 6 for the complete refund and cancellation policy, including the exception for defective or damaged goods.
