This reflects where Bearly Defense chooses to ship and the laws informing that decision. It is not legal advice. Laws change and local/municipal rules may differ — verify your own state and city law before you buy, carry, or use any item.

Made to Order

Every Bearly Defense product is made after your order is placed. We do not maintain pre-built inventory. This lets us offer a range of colors and variants without waste, but it means your order goes through a short production step before it ships.

Dispatch Timeline

Typical dispatch time is 2–4 business days from the time your order is confirmed. This covers production, quality check, and packaging. During high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. Dispatch time is not a guaranteed delivery date — it is the time from order to handoff to the mail carrier.

You will receive a tracking notification when your order ships.

Shipping Method and Carrier

All orders are shipped by mail within the United States. We currently ship domestic U.S. only. The carrier is selected at the time of shipment based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Costs

Domestic U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $4.50 per order, regardless of the number of items. Orders over $35 ship free. Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Where Each Item Can Ship

Our water and outdoor accessories ship to every destination we serve. Part of the defense line does not: several states regulate specific items, so what we can put in the box depends on your shipping address. We ship at least one product to all 50 states + DC. What follows is our shipping policy — where we choose to send each item — not legal advice.

14 states get the full catalog with nothing held back. In 36 states + DC, at least one item either does not ship there or ships with local carry limits worth reading before you order. Find your destination on the map below — the District of Columbia has its own dot, since it is too small to click at this scale — and select it for the item-by-item detail and the statutes behind it.

If your order includes a product we cannot ship to your address, the order is cancelled and a full refund issued. For the reasoning behind each call, see Where We Ship & The Law Behind It.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, standard domestic mail typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days via the form at bearlydefense.com/contact with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

Returns

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. See our Terms of Service § 6 for the complete refund and cancellation policy, including the exception for defective or damaged goods.
